（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市10日電）新北市長朱立倫今天表示，中度颱風昌鴻來襲，要做好完全的防颱準備工作，每個細節都不能鬆懈。
朱立倫上午主持新北市「昌鴻颱風災害應變中心第3次工作會報」。
朱立倫說，要做好完全的防颱準備工作，每個細節都不能鬆懈，雖然昌鴻不是直撲台灣，但外圍環流會帶來很大的雨量，風力也蠻大的。
有媒體問到，目前風雨較小，外界質疑不到停班停課標準，對此，朱立倫說，預計中午過後風雨才會轉大，且昌鴻目前距離台灣還有一段距離，停班停課與氣象局審慎研擬過，都符合標準。
朱立倫也在會議中與總統馬英九視訊，馬總統關心，有沒有需要中央協助的地方，朱立倫說，隨時與中央保持密切聯繫。
朱立倫主持會議後，立即前往新北市萬里區、金山區、石門區視察。
根據會議資料，目前新北市共有14起與颱風相關案件，包括路樹倒塌4件，電線掉落、道路坍方、電力停電、交通號誌損壞等各1件，但都已經排除。1040710
